Eminem e Justin Bieber foram os grandes vencedores dos Billboard Music Awards 2011, prémios entregues este domingo em Las Vegas. O rapper norte-americano e o cantor canadiano levaram seis troféus para casa, cada um.
«Recovery» ganhou os prémios de Melhor Álbum e Melhor Álbum Rap e Eminem foi considerado o Melhor Artista, o Melhor Artista Masculino e o Melhor Artista Rap. «Love The Way You Lie», o dueto entre o rapper e Rihanna, venceu na categoria de Melhor Canção Rap.
Por sua vez, Justin Bieber, que se estreou nos Billboard Awards, arrecadou os prémios de Melhor Artista Revelação, Melhor Artista Top Social, Melhor Artista Top Digital, Melhor Álbum Pop («My World 2.0») e Melhor Canção Top Streaming em Vídeo («Baby»).
Com três galardões ficaram seis artistas: Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Usher, Taylor Swift, Mumford & Sons e Taio Cruz.
